Unopened jars should be stored in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight. Once opened, please keep them refrigerated and consume within four weeks for optimal freshness.
Are your products organic and preservative-free?
Yes, we use 100% natural ingredients sourced from local farms. Our products contain no high-fructose corn syrup, artificial colors, or chemical preservatives.
What is your shipping policy for fragile glass items?
We use specialized eco-friendly protective packaging to ensure your jars arrive safely. If any item arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours for a full replacement.
Do you offer international shipping?
Currently, we ship within the United States and Canada. We are working on expanding our logistics to reach our international customers soon.
Can I return a food product if I change my mind?
Due to food safety regulations, we cannot accept returns on food items. However, if you are unsatisfied with the quality, please reach out to our support team so we can make it right.
Are Chef Preserve products vegan-friendly?
The majority of our preserves are vegan. We clearly label any specialty items that may contain honey or other animal-derived ingredients on the product page and label.
